New Machinery Regulations, 2014: Trackless Mobile Machinery and Equipment. New Machinery Regulations have been published under Chapter 8 of the Mine Health and Safety Act Regulations. The new Regulations deal with Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) and do not replace any current Regulations incidentally dealing with TMM's but rather add to it.
