It's better to start slow and then speed up if you find you can tolerate it, than to start too fast and hit the wall and risk never really stabilizing well. I would say, once you're off the Ambien and feeling stable from that, you can start a Celexa taper as soon as you're feeling pretty stable and strong.

I started to enjoy this a bit too much, and next thing I know, I went through my whole months prescription in a week, snorting sometimes up to 4 a night. Now, I'm out of ambien and sleeping SUCKS.
