What you shouldn't do is place a thick adhesive around the edge (like the thick, cheap, clear stuff that comes with the Chinese replacement screens) thinking that you need something to touch all the edges. Because you will set it too far, and you end up with a large gap behind the screen.

TheLurkerBelow83. · 2y. I just recently did a screen replacement, definitely use the B7000 glue!!! Make sure you take a pick or something with a very tiny fine point, and run it along the edges of the frame where the screen sets in!!! It is imperative that you get all the old black adhesive out!!!
