I would runa grinder blade through the crack to give it a bit more meat. Then use a non shrink grout. I would do this. Grinder and non shrink grout. I also wouldnt fill any cracks smaller than say 2mm. As they are all surface cracks and tiny, the liquid epoxy coating will fill them up no worries.
