The metal to extractant ratio in the extracted platinum/palladium species was observed by varying Cyanex 923 concentration from 0.03 to 0.5 mol L − 1 at 1.0 mol L − 1 hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid for Pt(IV) and Pd(II), respectively.
