Nickel-focused Western Areas announces first ore production. Western Areas Ltd (ASX: WSA) announced today first ore production at its Odysseus project where nickel ore has been intersected at the Odysseus south orebody. Odysseus is an underground sulphide operation located in Western Australia with total reserves of 211k tonnes of nickel.
